Position summary

  • Responsible for coordinating with Internal team for claiming back warranties with relevant suppliers / customers.

  • OTD KPIs set targets are monitored on monthly basis and analysis to be submitted for the gap in the performance and appropriate actions are taken in the organization. Customer Receivables and Overdue are followed up respective customers from the allocated regions and ensure timely liquidation of overdue.

  • Ensures set guidelines on HSE is adapted as part of work culture and set SOT/Hazards targets are achieved within timelines.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Problem solving methods.

  • 2-5years of experience

  • BE/B.tech in electrical

  • Power System Protection basic technical skills.

  • Customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Familiar with ERP system (preferably SD module) and Microsoft Office packages.
