Position summary

R) in sales documentation and communications.

  • You will track Corrective and Preventive Actions and follow up on implementation, track cost of non-quality Year over Year and propose actions to reduce costs and increase process efficiency.

  • You will create and maintain efficient and clear Process Maps for the M&S global Function. You will collaborate with other functions processes, in line with global business rules.

  • You will apply Lean Six Sigma Tools (e.g., DMAIC, SIPOC) to optimize sales workflows.

  • You will facilitate Process Mapping Workshops to identify inefficiencies and standardize practices. You will lead Quality Improvement Projects across regions or product lines, develop and maintain Quality Dashboards for visibility into performance trends.

  • You will gather and analyse feedback from Voice of Customer (VoC) Programs. You will create and draw Adonis processes for all teams.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical /Mechanical).

  • Experience in Quality roles and exposure to large sales organisation, and SFDC.

  • Proficient in understanding Quality processes and concepts, proficient in MS-Office, Power BI or any other Business Intelligence tool.

  • Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts.

  • Self-motivated, willingness to take up and lead new challenges.

  • Ability to work out of offshore/remote locations, agile response to the changing Business requirements, strong problem-solving techniques and tools using L6S approach.

  • Stakeholder Management through continuous interaction with Business Leaders and Partners across the globe.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
