• To implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product and identify and remedy defects within the production process.

• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are upheld. Compile and analyze statistical data.

• To ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process and draft quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Required bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field with 5 to 8 years' experience in Automation of test scenarios. Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands On Experience in Software's - Appium/Mobile Automation/Test Planning/Test Cases/Manual Test Execution/Jira/Zephyr Scale/Selenium.

• Expert Knowledge of programming language C#, Java, Python. Meticulous attention to detail.

• Knowledge of the following will be a plus - SQL/XML/Json/Postman/Excellent Verbal and Writing Skills

• Good database skills with knowledge of SQL & Postgres.
