• Collaborate with Buyers across Europe to drive alignment and performance

• Build strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and high-quality services

• Lead supplier performance reviews and strategic planning discussions

• Partner with cross-functional teams to guide category-related activities

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives (CIPS) within assigned categories

• Drive cost-reduction efforts through effective negotiations and internal collaboration

Your background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration / Engineering or relevant experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and sound strategic sourcing knowledge, possibly early expertise in category management at regional level

• Proven ability to define and execute sourcing strategies

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools

• Ability to lead in a matrixed, multicultural environment

• Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
