Drive cost-reduction efforts through effective negotiations and internal collaboration
Your background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration / Engineering or relevant experience
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and sound strategic sourcing knowledge, possibly early expertise in category management at regional level
Proven ability to define and execute sourcing strategies
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools
Ability to lead in a matrixed, multicultural environment
Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel (20-30%)
