Your Background:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering and/or business management.
Should have 10 years' experience in a relevant industry and role.
Should have good understanding of substation automation and communication networks and basic know-how about grid automation in general.
Should have excellent understanding of tendering and commercial processes.
Should have good understanding of managing projects and/or planning complex activities Excellent command of English is mandatory, additional European language skills are a plus Excellent understanding of legal and commercial aspects of a contract, Incoterms, terms and conditions, risk management, cash-flows and cost management.
Should have strong leadership skills.
Should have ability to manage and structure complex tasks while managing ambiguity.
Should have ability to lead virtual teams and deliver results in a functional/project organization without direct reports. Structured, well-organized and diligent.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
