• Identify and resolve complex technical issues during commissioning, implementing corrective actions and optimizing system performance

• Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet deadlines and budget targets

• Uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations throughout the process

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or operations in industries such as power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects

• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing commissioning teams

• Proven ability to develop and implement commissioning strategies and procedures

• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
