Your background
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 6 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or operations in industries such as power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing commissioning teams
Proven ability to develop and implement commissioning strategies and procedures
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
