Position summary

ordance with dates/periodicity/intervals in alignment with the project management team.

  • Remind the Team about the upcoming contractual obligations in advance, assess the preparedness and provide feedback to the management in case of difficulty.

  • Review HE's performance of contractual milestones and provide feedback to the management.

  • Review the invoicing and payment process. Provide feedback to management in case of any issue/deduction.

  • Support the team in pursuing/defending any dispute/difference/claims (including change orders) which may be encountered during execution of the contract.

  • Advise the business on queries related to transactional risks and contractual issues.

  • Stake holder management and alignment with key personnel.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Degree in law.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as legal counsel or contract manager with exposure in large value projects (e.g. power, oil & gas, industrial, infrastructure etc.).

  • Proven track record & extensive experience in contract management functions and processes in project execution.

  • Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners preferred.

  • Solid experience in contract negotiation, change management, claim management and contract-related legal issues and the possible effects in the relevant areas of responsibility regarding tendering stage and/or project execution

  • Flexibility and adaptability according to specific requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment, result oriented approach, proactivity and open mind.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
