Remind the Team about the upcoming contractual obligations in advance, assess the preparedness and provide feedback to the management in case of difficulty.
Review HE's performance of contractual milestones and provide feedback to the management.
Review the invoicing and payment process. Provide feedback to management in case of any issue/deduction.
Support the team in pursuing/defending any dispute/difference/claims (including change orders) which may be encountered during execution of the contract.
Advise the business on queries related to transactional risks and contractual issues.

Your Background
Degree in law.
Minimum 7 years of experience as legal counsel or contract manager with exposure in large value projects (e.g. power, oil & gas, industrial, infrastructure etc.).
Proven track record & extensive experience in contract management functions and processes in project execution.
Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners preferred.
Solid experience in contract negotiation, change management, claim management and contract-related legal issues and the possible effects in the relevant areas of responsibility regarding tendering stage and/or project execution
Flexibility and adaptability according to specific requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment, result oriented approach, proactivity and open mind.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
