**The Opportunity:**  
  
**Trade, Transport & Logistics Centre of Expertise in Kraków, Poland** is a team  
of specialists, whose support business units located in Europe and supervise global logistics operations.  
  
**Currently we are looking for specialist** (**for a maximum of 1.5 year**) ready to support the team responsible to coordinate customs operations (import/export), check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance, prepare monthly reports.  
  
Take responsibility for cooperation with internal and external parties to confirm customs-related payments are issued in a timely manner.  
  
**How You'll Make an Impact:**  
  

-   Coordinate customs operations (import and export) for Hitachi Energy group;
-   Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance;
-   Prepare customs instruction (GTS) in SAP system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations.
-   Stay in touch with internal customers to receive and provide information on customs related matters;
-   Seek for savings opportunities;
-   Prepare monthly reports;

  
**Your background:**  
  

-   Field of study: SCM/logistics - nice to have
-   Min 2 years of experience in customs/ trade / logistic area
-   English language at least B2 level;
-   Experience with SAP GTS
-   Well communication skills
-   Well organizing skills
-   Take care of details
-   Experience in Customer Service job will be advantage
