Your Background:
Bachelors or master's in electrical discipline (master's preferred).
5-10 years of experience in Liquid filled transformer electrical design, with focus on optimization and raw-material cost reduction.
Experience developing optimization tools for electrical equipment (advantage). Proven academic or professional background in optimizing electrotechnical devices.
Strong understanding of transformer electrical design Principles and transformer performance design margins.
Familiarity with optimization software (strong plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Data handling and database skills (SQL, Power BI) are a plus. Ability to collaborate with technical teams across the globe.
Team-building and networking capabilities. Organized, thorough, and able to work independently when needed.
Open, collaborative mindset with willingness to share ideas. Quick learner with the ability to master new tools and technical domains.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
