Position summary

ure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Contribute to design reviews and design verification together with project design team.

  • Analyze customer contractual documents, technical specifications in order to understand the customer needs and highlight any critical issue.

  • Attend project planning meetings to track design progress and ensure timely delivery, contributing to efficient project execution.

  • Take responsibility of the costs of projects, creating cost sheet, and monitor it during the execution of projects.

  • Report any contract / quality / cost issues to management, along with recommendations for resolution.

  • Give support during transformer manufacturing stage to solve issues and to assure top level quality.

  • Gather and integrate customer feedback on design requirements, using insights to guide future product enhancements.

Your background

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering;

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical department is a plus;

  • Experience in transformers field is a plus;

  • Good knowledge of 2D CAD software and 3D modelling, with preference to PTC Creo;

  • Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2);

  • Proactivity, good attention to detail, flexibility, team working and strong communication skills are required;

  • Availability for short, occasional trips to customers/suppliers.
