Your Background
Formal IT qualification or completed IT apprenticeship.
Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.
ITIL 4 knowledge and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
