Further expand the global network of Strategic Channel Partners
Manage the product and brand portfolio, including budgeting, profitability analysis, and return-on-investment evaluations
Collaborate with factory operations and product management to ensure market-driven product development and delivery
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from customer engagement and quotation to contract handover and order fulfillment
Support customer service activities, including issue resolution related to pricing, delivery, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
As People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
Your Background
Proven experience in global sales and marketing, ideally within the energy or manufacturing industry
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving performance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
Analytical mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being prepared of worldwide travel
Experience in managing P&L responsibilities and commercial decision-making
