Position summary

ce testing, routine maintenance, oil treatment etc.;

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing work according to customer order and expectation. Maintain a good relationship with customers. Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for installation and commissioning activities.

  • Prepare all documents and report to be signed by the customer representative. Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed.

  • Troubleshoot simple equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.

  • Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.

Your Background

  • Technical diploma and/or degree.

  • Good knowledge of both Italian and English.

  • Experience in a similar role inside Transformers field is considered a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians.

  • Flexibility along with problem-solving abilities.

  • Availability to travel mainly in Italy & Europe (90-100%).
