**The opportunity:**  
  
Support the FP&A team in managing finance data, building dashboards, and enabling automation initiatives. This role focuses on data accuracy, visualization, and analytics to provide actionable insights for planning, forecasting, and decision-making.  
  
**How you'll make an impact:**  
  

-   Assist in collecting, validating, and organizing financial and operational data from multiple sources.
-   Support development of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
-   Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
-   Collaborate with global finance and IT teams to maintain data integrity and support automation initiatives.
-   Contribute to scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis under guidance from senior team members.
-   Help document processes and participate in continuous improvement projects for data and analytics workflows.
-   Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

**Your Background:**  
  

-   Required bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
-   Must have 0-3 years of experience.
-   Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus.
-   Basic understanding of financial concepts and FP&A processes.
-   Should have interest in automation and emerging technologies (AI/ML) in finance.
-   Good communication and collaboration skills.
-   Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
