You will bridge the gap between business and IT by translating business language into technical terms and vice versa.
You will maintain an end-to-end process and tool understanding to ensure seamless integration into business workflows, train and support users, ensuring adoption and effective use of the platform.
You will ensure smooth integration of the platform with SAP and other connected systems, identifying and resolving interface-related issues.
You will collaborate with IT, product owners, and global/regional sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
You will coordinate, manage, and conduct testing for minor releases and bug fixes, including sign-off responsibilities.
You will identify key KPI's to monitor, track, and report on platform performance, issues, and enhancements.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
You should have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Strong service mindset: ready to listen to various stakeholders, act promptly to solve their issues, on time and with high level of quality.
Proven experience with complex system integrations and interfaces in an SAP-connected environment.
Experience in testing coordination, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), or release management is a strong plus, hands-on SAP knowledge (e.g., order management, pricing, quotations, or related modules).
Stakeholder Management through continuous interaction with Business Leaders and Partners across the globe, proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and IT teams.
Strong analytical skills and technical affinity, ability to quickly learn and understand complex systems. Hands-on mentality with a structured and problem-solving approach.
