Global R&D Operations Manager - Power Transformers (f/m/d)

• Interact with Programs Manager and R&D Project Management Office in order to review resources planning as per every year Roadmap.

• Make sure that the R&D team is dedicated to agreed priorities and that any change on those priorities is properly approved by global Technology Manager.

• Execute workforce plan (hiring needs) with the support of R&D team leaders.

• Lead the development and support career path of R&D team.

• Support preparation of annual and multi-year budget specially in terms of hourly rate from each R&D team.

Your background

• Successful study (Bachelor or Masters) in Engineering or similar.

• Not less than 5 years of professional experience in team management, preferably related to large R&D organizations.

• Project Management experience will be an advantage.

• Knowledge in Transformers will be an advantage.

• Willing to work in a remote and diverse environment.

• Willingness to travel to meet R&D teams when needed.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent English.
