Position summary

ng specialist will report to team manager of INOPC PGTR Engineering & Technology team and functionally report to BU Global Pricing Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of pricing initiatives to enhance and optimize revenue growth and profitability.

  • Drives the development and validation of business end-to-end pricing initiatives, processes, methodologies and tools.

  • Lead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications and presentations.

  • Consult with supply/demand side sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, initiatives and projects to identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing strategies, including advanced analytics.

  • Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to continuously monitor pricing and other KPIs.

Your Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum 7-10 Years of experience in the relevant field.

  • Strong commercial/business acumen in B2B sector (understanding the terminology and practical usage of margins, cost split, transfer price, market price, contribution, percentile values for pricing, price lists, discount multipliers etc.).

  • Entrepreneurial thinking, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude are a prerequisite.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an international organization, interfacing with business partners and support groups across the organization.

  • Outstanding complex problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements.

  • Extensive experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.

  • Ability to keep track of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Experience in data modeling and data collection throughout various systems from different sources.

  • Profound knowledge in Salesforce and SAP.

  • Proficiency in analytical tools (PowerBI, Excel).

  • Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.

  • English required, other languages a plus.
