This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader with sharp business acumen to influence key stakeholders, elevate our corporate visibility, and drive impactful engagement across a diverse and dynamic region.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead all communications and government relations activities across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

  • Develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand reputation, strengthen market visibility, and support business objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, policymakers, industry bodies, and key customers to advance our influence.

  • Coordinate public affairs and advocacy efforts in cooperation with regional and global stakeholders.

  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels, including digital platforms and executive communications.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled communications team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Support senior leadership with strategic counsel, executive positioning, thought leadership, and storytelling.

  • Oversee communication activities for events, digital engagement, and crisis management, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Your Background

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or government relations in multinational environments.

  • Proven expertise in media engagement, internal and external communications, digital strategy, and crisis management.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and markets, with strong digital and social media capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to link communication strategy to business results and organizational impact.

  • Experience working in France and the Benelux region; exposure to the energy or technology sector is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
