• High School degree, GED or equivalent.

• Ability to work any shift and overtime, as needed.

• Ability to work well with other Team Members, perform high-quality work in a safe manner to achieve Section goals.

• Can follow detailed work instructions.

• Prior manufacturing or welding experience is preferred.

• Successful completion of the post-offer pre-employment process.

• Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
