You will gain exposure to various HR areas, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's in human resources, Business Administration or a related field. Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, strong organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Previous internship or work experience in an office environment is a plus.
