**Your responsibilities:**  
  

-   You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.
-   Your role will include HR Operations team to support blue collars recruitment.
-   You will support Campus Recruitment and Global Trainee Program implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.).
-   You will support employee file archiving.
-   You will support intern onboarding and separation daily work.
-   Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

  
**Your background：**  
  

-   You hold a bachelor's degree and above.
-   Handson experience in word, excel PowerPoint.
-   Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint
-   Good teamwork and service awareness.
-   Patience and kind at work and take action quickly.
-   You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
-   Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Japanese is a plus.
