Your Background:
2+ years of solid experience in hard HR in Poland (end-to-end HR admin).
Expert knowledge of Polish labor law and documentation.
Proven experience with Workday (or similar HRIS such as Enova).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication in Polish and professional proficiency in English.
Able to work in a hybrid model with presence in Kraków office.
Preferred Experience:
Handling reports and analytics in Excel.
Experience interfacing with external providers or SSC environment.
Familiarity with sensitive data processing and GDPR compliance.
