Collaborate closely with teams to integrate HSE considerations into daily operations and long-term planning
Drive the integration and continuous improvement of environmental practices by leading risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring/reporting environmental performance against HSE objectives.
Your background
Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within an industrial or energy environment
Solid understanding of HSE regulations, standards, risk assessments, and incident analysis
Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct engaging trainings
Experience working with HSE performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement tools
Ability to influence and drive behavioral change across diverse teams
Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Collaborative working style and ability to support cross-functional factory operations
Fluent in Spanish and English.
