HSE Manager (m/f/d)

with organizational and governmental health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Maintain strong relationships with community members, environmental groups, and other stakeholders affected by the organization's environmental performance.

• Manage large-scale projects or processes with minimal oversight.

• Coach, review, and delegate tasks to junior professionals.

• Solve complex and challenging problems with innovative and effective solutions.

Your background

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or Electrical Engineer or a related field.

• Proven experience in environmental and employee health & safety roles, ideally in a complex or regulated industry.

• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others.

• Fluent English and Italian languages.
