Position summary

  • Conduct internal audits of measurement rooms and departmental processes to identify improvements

  • Prepare monthly HSE KPIs and management insights to support leadership decision-making

  • Collaborate with process owners to develop efficient, compliant HSE procedures aligned with business needs

  • Deliver specialist support through project meetings, lab/site inspections, audits, and daily advisory requests

  • Analyze internal and external data to recommend strategies that enhance communication, compliance, and performance

  • Produce clear, actionable management information promoting HSE best practices across teams

Your Background

  • HSE professional with experience in R&D or manufacturing environments

  • Master's degree in Safety Engineering, Electrical/Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • HSE qualifications meeting Polish legal requirements

  • Familiarity with relevant ISO and technical safety standards

  • Proficient written and spoken English

  • Laboratory experience is an advantage
