**The opportunity**  
  
For our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice/Milan we are looking for a HSE Specialist.  
  
**How you'll make an impact**  
  

-   Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
-   Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.
-   Investigate accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
-   Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
-   Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions.
-   Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
-   Conduct risk assessments.

**Your background**  
  

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related to HSE field.
-   Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management
-   Interest for the industrial field.
-   Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skills
-   You are fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
