ems (SAP TM, GTS, IBD), including completeness and correctness of transport and shipment information;
Act as operational contact for approved carriers and freight forwarders;
Request and compare freight quotations where applicable, in line with existing contracts and instructions;
Prepare and provide complete and correct documentation required for customs clearance and release of goods.;
Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays, deviations, or issues;
Support TT&L CoE initiatives related to process harmonization, system stabilization, and standardization. Suggest improvement opportunities related to inbound transport execution and administrative processes;
Participate in local, regional, or global TT&L projects when required.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree;
Previous experience on similar position;
Good level of written and verbal communication in English;
Good knowledge in MS-Office products (Outlook and Excel);
Experience with SAP will be consider as an advantage;
Good communication and negotiation skills.
