How you'll make an impact

  • Act as the primary Business Analyst for a portfolio of engineering applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and operations teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements for application enhancements or new solutions.

  • Support lifecycle management of applications, ensuring compliance, security, and alignment with industry best practices.

  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline the application landscape, reduce complexity, and foster innovation

Your background

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in a complex IT environment, preferably within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and model business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Experience working with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality application support and enhancements.

  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management, compliance, and security standards.

  • Experience in Azure DevOps and ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a merit.
