Position summary

ality systems, production capabilities, and capacity resilience to mitigate supply chain risks and will establish criteria for supplier tiering based on risk levels and performance metrics.

  1. You will drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives with underperforming supplier and will implement real-time monitoring dashboards to track supplier quality metrics and escalate issues proactively.

  2. You will design and deliver training programs to enhance SQE technical skills and will foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops, cross-site knowledge-sharing, and mentorship.

  3. You will partner with regional SQ leads and global experts to standardize methodologies, share best practices, and resolve cross-border quality disputes.

  4. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  1. You hold Master graduation or above in Electrical or mechanical engineering.

  2. Minimum 3 years of work experience relating to quality management, knowledge of high voltage and quality assurance, process control are preferred.

  3. Familiar with manufacturing process, e.g., Machining, Casting (Al & Insulating part), Welding, sliver plating etc.

  4. Proficiency in the use of SAP, 8D, 6 Sigma tools include statistical analysis (e.g., Minitab, MSA, SPC).

  5. Well-developed analytical abilities, systematically problem-solving and quality improvement skill.

  6. Good coordination and communication skills. Good English skills written and oral.
