How You Will Make An Impact

• Deliver global training offerings as designed by the Global Design & Product team.

• Facilitate interactive and engaging learning sessions using multiple formats (in-person, virtual ILT, digital learning, hybrid).

• Facilitate workshops, moderate panels, guide group coaching, and support team-building initiatives.

• Adapt facilitation methods to suit both face-to-face and virtual environments.

• Assess training outcomes using learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

• Provide actionable recommendations for the Global Design & Product team.

• Guide learners throughout the training process, addressing questions, providing support, and ensuring a positive learning experience.

• Partner with Global Design & Product teams to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with business needs.

• Coordinate with HR Operations for scheduling and maintaining accurate training attendance and reporting.

• Review aggregated feedback and provide quarterly insights to enhance classroom dynamics and learning experiences.

  Your background

• 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.

• Proven experience in delivering leadership development programs for mid-to-senior leaders

• Experience facilitating assessments (e.g., personality, leadership, or competency-based tools).

• Strong facilitation skills across in-person, virtual, and digital modalities.

• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially within global and multicultural environments.

• Willingness to travel

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and learning and development technology.

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
