How You Will Make An Impact
Deliver global training offerings as designed by the Global Design & Product team.
Facilitate interactive and engaging learning sessions using multiple formats (in-person, virtual ILT, digital learning, hybrid).
Facilitate workshops, moderate panels, guide group coaching, and support team-building initiatives.
Adapt facilitation methods to suit both face-to-face and virtual environments.
Assess training outcomes using learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Provide actionable recommendations for the Global Design & Product team.
Guide learners throughout the training process, addressing questions, providing support, and ensuring a positive learning experience.
Partner with Global Design & Product teams to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with business needs.
Coordinate with HR Operations for scheduling and maintaining accurate training attendance and reporting.
Review aggregated feedback and provide quarterly insights to enhance classroom dynamics and learning experiences.
Your background
8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
Proven experience in delivering leadership development programs for mid-to-senior leaders
Experience facilitating assessments (e.g., personality, leadership, or competency-based tools).
Strong facilitation skills across in-person, virtual, and digital modalities.
Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially within global and multicultural environments.
Willingness to travel
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and learning and development technology.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
