**How You'll Make an Impact**

-   Design and implement transport and logistics processes.
-   Monitor performance indicators and drive improvement actions.
-   Lead initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and compliance.
-   Manage general cargo transport planning and execution.
-   Coordinate spot quote processes for urgent shipments.
-   Support customs operations and regulatory communications.
-   Provide guidance on import/export regulations and audits.
-   Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

  
**Your Background**

-   Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
-   5+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
-   Customs Brokerage License (preferred).
-   Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills (preferred).
-   Experience in general cargo transport and freight markets.
-   Familiarity with export control and customs regulations.
-   Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
