Position summary

projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance

  • Continuously develop processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality in documentation management

  • Ensure adherence to established documentation processes and adapt them to meet evolving market needs

  • Act as a point of escalation for your team, addressing issues and reporting progress and concerns to senior leadership

  • Build strong relationships across HVDC departments to support project success

  • Take ownership of your department's budget, monitor costs, and handle administrative responsibilities

Your Background

  • A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in project documentation management or a related project management role.

  • Proven leadership experience and a natural ability to motivate and support teams.

  • Strong interest in team development and coaching.

  • Solid computer skills; experience with documentation management systems is a plus.

  • A proactive mindset-you're not afraid to tackle complex issues and drive results.

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written), as most of your direct reports are Swedish.

  • Fluency in English, which is essential for daily communication across our global organization.
