Your Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred
Proven leadership in matrix organizations across multiple countries.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in quality strategy implementation and customer engagement.
