**How You'll Make an Impact**  
  

-   Design and develop mechanical components for distribution transformers using 2D and 3D software.
-   Lead and participate in customer specification and design reviews.
-   Prepare technical reports and documentation to meet internal and external standards.
-   Provide timely engineering support across departments and respond to customer inquiries.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet industry standards.
-   Support vendor development and qualification of new parts.
-   Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
-   Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  
**Your Background**  
  

-   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-   Minimum 2 years of engineering experience.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo, or similar 3D modeling software.
-   Familiarity with industrial standards and design practices.
-   Knowledge of pad-mounted transformers (preferred).
-   Experience with IEEE and CSA standards for distribution transformers (preferred).
