You will drive a proper planning, preparation and conclusion of RR in line with tender deadlines, collaborate with legal function, contract management and sales in the definition of an acceptable set of T&Cs (terms & conditions) per customer, driving the approval at BU and Global level and verify the punctual application of BU and Company RR regulations.
You will verify strict adherence to BU/Company mandate at offer/contract stage, requiring delta RR, when necessary, before taking different commitment, be the focal point at HBU NAS level for Risk Management and participate at Risk reviews for NAS (HBU, BU, Company) being the focal point for the HBU.
You will verify the correct application of FCM (full cost model) /NM (net margin) approval process at HBU level and make sure that any deviation on NM and provision is escalated at the correct approval level based on HBU/BU instructions and improve RR KPIs for NAS, in particular Data quality and Approval on time.
You will participate in project reviews, transferring Lessons Learnt from project execution within HUB/Region to new tenders, educate / provide training on Risk Management and collaborate with other HBU Risk Managers.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in law is preferred.
Minimum 5 years risk management / contract review related experience.
Self-driven, change & innovation driving. Strong organization and communication skill, risk management oriented.
Ability to work independently on area of expertise but also collaborate with other functions and be teamwork oriented.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing situation and work under pressure.
Fluent English both written and spoken, good presentation skill.
