Position summary

collaboration with the appropriate Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) vendors.

  • Offer support to end users and ensure the functionality of IT equipment and software in meeting rooms and other user

  • Follow OSS procedures as outlined in the Runbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.

  • 3- 5 years of professional experience in IT support.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

  • Experience in ServiceNow.

  • Have a proactive and solution-oriented mind-set and could work independently and self-driven.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
