How you'll make an impact

  • Organize and coordinate and host onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new joiners, sending pre-boarding information and welcome emails.

  • Consult with managers about their responsibilities in the onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Organize initial meetings with managers in the office.

  • Prepare and update onboarding and offboarding work instructions.

  • Maintain onboarding and offboarding materials, including instructions and checklists.

  • Coordinate account creation, PCs, and phones, and prepare welcome gifts.

  • Track the onboarding process for contingent workers and manage the offboarding of employees, contingent workers, and interns.

Your background

  • Preferably 5 years of experience in Administration, HR, or related fields, including at least 2 years in corporate settings.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation.

  • Proficient user of Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Fluent in English and Swedish.

  • Proactive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Positive approach, seeing opportunities and challenges rather than problems.

  • Team player.
