The program will begin in October 2026. The first six-months rotation will be possible in our locations in Italy (Milan, Lodi, Monselice, Rome). The second or third rotation may be done abroad, depending on your chosen project and the availability of business opportunities.

Your background

• Master's degree in engineering within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, Math) related degrees e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, industrial engineering, energy systems engineering or a related discipline.

• Permanent authorization to work in Italy.

• No more than 2 years of professional experience by the start date.

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and also English to be able to communicate with colleagues from across the globe; additional languages are considered as an advantage.

• Strives to achieve and works to high quality standards.

• Analyses information to generate new solutions and ideas.

• Learns quickly, adapts to change.

• Fosters team cohesion, maintains good working relationships.
