How you'll make an impact
Procure direct materials, components, and manufacturing services to support production plans and MRP signals
Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, contracts, and purchase orders in accordance with production schedules and BOMs
Partner with production planning, engineering, and quality teams to resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues
Manage supplier performance related to on-time delivery (OTD), quality, and responsiveness
Analyze purchasing, inventory, and price variance data to identify cost, risk, and efficiency opportunities
Support inventory optimization, safety stock management, and lead time reduction initiatives
Participate in supplier development and dual-sourcing strategies to reduce manufacturing risk
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and external regulatory requirements
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your back-ground
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
Proven negotiation skills with demonstrated value or cost-saving outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis capabilities
Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Oracle ERP, or similar
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment
