You will coordinate market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and define appropriate forecasts and plans, evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
You will oversee sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s), drive sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson in the PMM Team, ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Master's in business management would be advantageous.
Proven work experience in the transformer's environment, marketing and sales with minimum10 years relevant work experience. With background in quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience with capability & capacity alignment with operations, Eng, supply chain.
Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experiences. Knowledge and exposure in Sales Force.Com and MS Office
Understand sales performance metrics. Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.
