Analyze forecasts and historical data to improve planning accuracy.
Maintain production orders, WIP status, and inventory records in ERP systems.
Identify and drive process improvements in scheduling workflows.
Prepare reports on schedule adherence, capacity use, and key metrics.
Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and supply chain initiatives.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing.
Strong ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards preferred).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
