Position summary

the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control and protection for high voltage protection. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction to customers' requirements.

  • Ensure all projects are met its quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

  • Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, control systems, and protection schemes.

  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, Manufacturing drawings / documentation, test plans, and reports.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all products.

  • Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in electrical engineering.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on control and protection schematics of substations.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools like E3Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
