Customer contact, coordination meetings, customer satisfaction management
Change management and issue tracking
Project team management, Pre-kick off meeting, Kick off meeting and project meetings
Project coordination with already delivered projects to the same customers
Project planning including time schedules and updates during project execution, WBS, SAP (PM role), cost planning and cash flow optimization
Coordinate with project controller cost, time and quality
Controlling of material flow
Project reporting in weekly basis
Optimize the supply in cooperation with SCM
Achieving up sales (CHO)
Project official close out
Ensure the customer awards full acceptance of project through
Provisional/Final Acceptance Certificate.
Prepares and keeps updated KPIs (OTD/OPQ)
Coordinates and Integrates 4Q analysis
Feedback report and analysis to the organization, lessons learned
Effectively communicates appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders.
Controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures agreed with the customer.
Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Maintain the HSE report/document produce by site engineer
Your Background:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management
PM Certification (desirable)
5 years in operations / Project Management
Experience in automation and communication systems solutions
Fluent in English
Teamwork and Collaboration
Result oriented with excellent organizational skills
