Train and mentor employees on quality tools, methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and efficiency, reporting on progress and identifying areas for further improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and CI principles into all aspects of the business.
Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Your background
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Demonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Lean Process improvements.
Strong proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D Problem Solving techniques.
Experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process optimization.
In-depth knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
