This role will involve assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality control systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving improvement in processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
You'll make an impact by
Assist in the execution of quality management systems, including audits, assessments, and corrective actions.
Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
Help track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Collaborate with the Global Service Organization(GSG) and cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps, recommend improvements, ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in training staff on quality and continuous improvement practices.
Support the preparation and review of quality documentation, including procedures, reports, and specifications.
Participate in quality inspections and process audits and help generate reports on findings.
Monitor industry trends and standards to ensure the organization remains competitive in quality and operational practices.
Provide general administrative support to the Quality and Continuous Improvement team as needed.

Your Background
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of quality management systems, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Previous experience in a quality or continuous improvement role is a plus but not required.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent written & spoken English.
An ability to work on your own initiative.
Driving license.
