Monitoring and analyzing quality management system performance data.
Coordinating internal and external quality audits.
Leading factory strategic quality improvement initiatives and risk assessments.
Initiating and driving corrective actions for quality issues.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicating quality performance insights to stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality improvements and objectives.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a
manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
