gn/document reviews with factories, drawing follow-ups, on-time customer approvals; pre-submit checks to ensure factory updates are included.
Drive design and scope changes: raise/manage internal and external change requests, price deltas, and delivery-time implications.
Maintain bi-weekly/monthly schedules; run reviews and follow-ups internally and with the customer.
Coordinate documentation (FAT procedures, manuals, reports).
Plan and coordinate manage FATs (on-site and remote).
Clarify and coordinate schedule updates.
Your background
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Some experience in project management/coordination or adjacent roles.
Basic understanding of electrical systems; especially high-voltage substations and transformers.
Background in power plants, electricity distribution, or industrial facilities is considered an advantage.
Proactive, well-organized, solution-oriented and collaborative.
Ability to understand customer needs. Passion for operative challenges.
Strong Finnish and English, written and spoken.
