l aspects - Terms and Conditions of Sales. Participate in Risk Reviews and internal negotiation.
Communication with Hitachi Energy and external factories for technical and commercial clarifications. Present proposed solution to Sales Team (giving final approval - SOX compliance).
Support negotiation/clarification during bidding process. Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
Ensures cross-collaboration within the Sales team, and actively promotes collaboration with HUB BU.
Use of judgment and initiative is necessary to identify priorities, solve problems, meet schedule, adapt to change and choose the most efficient ways to do the work.
Track proposal status and follow-up with customers. Order Handling, Invoicing and order collection.
Collecting the order in synergy with the Account Management Team. SFDC opportunity capturing.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree. Should have hands-on 3+ yrs experience in Transformer / Substation Sales or Tendering.
Knowledge in Power Transformer. Understanding of transformer technical specifications.
Good written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time management.
Proficient in SAP and CRM tools like Sales force is an advantage.
Proven interpersonal abilities with peers, colleagues, superiors, customer, suppliers and service providers.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
