How you'll make an impact:
Be an inspiring leader who supports and develops your team.
Take responsibility for personnel, work environment and budget within your area
Define and drive local sourcing strategies that align with the development and implementation of regional and global sourcing strategies in collaboration with Category Managers.
Runs regular supplier evaluations in collaboration with the respective local buyer and initiate improvement projects when required, with focus on quality, delivery and total cost.
Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.
Your background:
Leadership experiences
Several years of experience of supply chain management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferably, you have knowledge of similar businesses
Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving attitude
Willingness to travel when needed
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required. Swedish is strongly preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders
