Position summary

As part of that journey, we are strengthening our R&D teams working with Power Electronics in our Krakow site. You will take over the lead of a cross-functional, diverse, and highly motivated team consisting of Power Electronics, Control, Electronic Design and Mechanical Engineers. You will further grow the team, shape team spirit, and contribute to the development of new converter platforms for a range of grid and DC applications. Together with the team, you are expected to push the technology boundaries in terms of efficiency, size, and operational performance.

Reporting to Agnieszka Wojtysiak Technology Manager T&SD GI Krakow, you will cooperate with global R&D teams. In case of technical questions you will get direct support from Adam Ruszczyk Senior Principal Engineer - Power Electronics. Your background:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable technical discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Scrum role

  • Previous experience with power electronic converters, power supplies or electronics development processes will be beneficial.

  • Hands-on experience in applying agile development methods in a hardware environment

  • Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.

  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

  • As you will be part of a global business, fluency in written and spoken English is required
